Let's hold off on coming again for now. After the house
finally warmed up to the set temperature, the short cycling continued,
but it wouldn't take long before the temperature got back to where
it was set. After talking with you CP, I think you're right that
the short cycling is coming from the furnace, but if it can wait
until the annual cleaning, that would help me a lot financially.
It would be hard for me to take another big hit like yesterday,
considering it's the beginning of the month.
What's going on now with the new thermostat is no different
than what was going on with the one I had. The same thing is going
on. But, now I know it's not the thermostat that's the problem
with the short cycling.
